If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or the quote form, we receive the details you choose to share (such as name, phone number, area and job description) so we can respond to your enquiry.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to provide quotes and deliver clearance services. We do not sell your information.

Quote form and WhatsApp

Our quote form does not store anything on this website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message drafted, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. Messages sent by WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
